The Orchard Bank MasterCard Secured is a great card for bad credit! HSBC Bank Nevada, N.A. understands that there are situations in life that sometimes cause financial difficulty. While other credit lenders immediately turn down individuals with less than perfect credit scores, the Orchard Bank MasterCard (Secured) is available to assist people with rebuilding their credit by providing credit education and exceptional customer service. Orchard Bank MasterCard members enjoy the peace of mind that comes from having access to a credit card when needed- because in today's world, without a credit card it is virtually impossible to reserve a hotel room, book a flight, or even make dinner reservations! Additionally, if an emergency should come up, you'll have access to the funds with your Orchard Bank MasterCard. In order to secure your MasterCard, cardholders make a deposit. Your credit line will be equal to the amount of money that you deposit. If you want to increase your credit line at any time, you can do so by adding more money to your deposit. Your credit line will be increased dollar for dollar with the amount of your additional deposits. In exchange for your deposit, you receive the Orchard Bank MasterCard, a low annual fee, credit limit increases with good payment status, and an opportunity to rebuild your credit since your transaction history will be reported to all three of the major credit bureaus. As with any major credit card, the Orchard Bank credit card offers free online account services for members to check their statements, verify previous payments were received and applied, and the ability to pay their bill online at no additional fee. Through your online account manager, you can also transfer balances from other credit cards if you'd like to consolidate and maintain a single credit card payment each month. Review Date: 12/9/2006
