Chase PerfectCard™ MasterCard®
If you are looking for a gas credit card with a phenomenal Rewards Program that will save you on fuel costs in these days of war and rising oil prices, look no further than the Chase PerfectCard MasterCard.
This no fee credit card comes with a zero percent annual percentage rate (APR) for twelve months on new purchases as well as balance transfers. After the introductory period the APR increases to 14.24 percent.
Cardholders of the PerfectCard will receive an awesome six percent rebate on all gas purchases at any gas station for the first three months after the card is issued. This feature in and of it self is a great deal as most other cards require you to purchase from select gas stations to earn rebates. After the first three months, the rebate will be lowered to three percent, which is still a pretty good deal. You’ll also earn a one percent rebate on all other purchases made on the Chase PerfectCard MasterCard as it is not solely limited to gas purchases. Do note that Chase has set a limit of $15 as the maximum rebate that can be received per month for a total savings of $180 per annum.
This card also comes with some other perks including a purchase protection plan, travel accident insurance, and auto rental insurance. Cardholders of the PerfectCard will also receive lost and stolen card replacement, emergency cash and card replacement, and fraud and security protection services. Additionally, you’ll receive travel and emergency services benefits similar to that of a platinum card.
So if you are looking for a gas credit card that pays you back at the pump, apply for the Chase PerfectCard MasterCard. While the APR is modest as compared to other gas cards, consumers who tend to pay their balances on a monthly basis will benefit significantly from the Rewards Program that Chase Manhattan has created for this card.
